Non-Certified Administrator

Responsibilities

·         Attend Orientation training

·         Welcome clients to VITA site

·         Ensure clients have all required identification

·         Ensure clients have a necessary tax documents

·         Provides clients with intake forms

·         Manages flow of clients

·         Make appointments

·         Confirm client appointments via telephone

·         Perform data entry into Tracker software

·         Perform data entry into other computerized systems

·         Assist site coordinator

·         Maintain confidentiality of all client information

·         Informs clients about other services available through                                 The BEST Initiative and PCCA

·         Maintain supply inventory

Qualifications

·            Attend and complete the following training:

o   Orientation

·            Strong computer skills

·            Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·            Strong organizational skills

·            Attention to detail

·            Must  pass criminal background check

·            Enjoy helping others

·            Ability to commit 4 hours per week during tax season (January – April)

·            Friendly, dependable, and flexible
