VOLUNTEER INTERPRETER
Responsibilities
- Attend Orientation training
- Provide interpreter
services
- Work with site coordinator to target Spanish speaking population
within the community
- Assist clients with intake forms
- Maintain
confidentiality of all client information
- Informs clients about other
services available through The BEST Initiative and PCCA
- Willing to
volunteer on an as needed basis
Qualifications
- Attend and complete the following training:

Orientation
- Ability to speak Spanish proficiently
- General tax
knowledge is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must pass criminal background
check
- Enjoy helping others
- Friendly, dependable, and flexible

Ability to commit 2-4 hours per week during tax season (January - April)
